| Stage | Timing (Day/Phase) | Capsule & Strain | Dose & Application | Why this strain here |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Pre-sowing (-2 to 0 Day) | Rhizo Rhizobium leguminosarum | 1 capsule in 2L water, soak 6-8 hrs, make slurry for 1 acre seeds | Establishes nodulation on the radicle from day one. Groundnut is a legume — this is the keystone N-fixation step. |
| 2 | Sowing / 1st Irrigation (0-5 Day) | PSB Bacillus megaterium | 1 capsule in 200 L water/acre, soil drench in furrow | Frees P from soil-fixed pool. Gujarat black soils are P-hungry — PSB cuts your DAP need. |
| 3 | Vegetative / Branching (20-25 Day) | Azoss Azospirillum brasilense | 1 capsule in 200 L water/acre via drench or first irrigation | Auxin + free-living N support. Drives root branching and early canopy build-up |
| 4 | Flowering / Pegging (35-45 Day) | Zinc Bacillus subtilis | 1 capsule in 200 L water/acre, soil drench at the base | Mobilizes Zn for pod set + suppresses collar rot / stem rot (Rhizoctonia, Sclerotium) common in Saurashtra |
| 5 | Pod Development (55-65 Day) | NPK Consortia Blend — Repeat Dose | 1 capsule in 200 L water/acre with irrigation | Maintains N/P availability during peak pod-filling. Supports kernel size and oil content. |

This schedule covers a single turmeric cultivation cycle of approximately eight months, from land preparation through to harvest. The programme combines an organic manure base, applied as per the farmer's existing practice, with four Fabino Bio Capsule strains applied at specific points across the vegetative growth period. Each capsule strain targets a distinct nutritional or biological function, and the four strains together provide a complete nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium support system across the crop cycle
| Fabino Capsule | Strain / Function | Role in the Schedule | Total per Cycle |
|---|---|---|---|
| Azo Pro | Azospirillum brasilense (Nitrogen-Fixing Bacteria) | Free-living nitrogen fixation at sowing and again at mid-season, supporting root development and vegetative vigour during the two most nitrogen-demanding windows of the cycle. | 2 capsules |
| PSB Pro | Bacillus megaterium (Phosphate-Solubilizing Bacteria) | Mobilizes soil phosphorus locked in the rhizosphere at the same two application points as Azo Pro, supporting early rhizome initiation and sustained root-zone phosphorus availability. | 2 capsules |
| Fab Potash Pro | Bacillus decolorationis (Potassium-Mobilizing Bacteria) | Applied alongside Azo Pro and PSB Pro at sowing and mid-season, building the potassium reserve required for rhizome bulking later in the cycle. | 2 capsules |
| NPK Pro | NPK Consortia (Combined N-P-K Biofertiliser Blend) | Applied at two points during active vegetative growth, providing a balanced multi-nutrient boost during the periods of peak canopy and root expansion. | 4 capsules |
| Crop Stage | Timing | Application & Dose |
|---|---|---|
| Land Preparation | Pre-sowing | Organic manure / FYM, applied as per the farmer's existing practice (rate and source to follow local soil-test recommendation). |
| Soil Treatment | Pre-sowing | No Fabino capsule application at this stage. Field preparation and basal organic input only. |
| Seed Sowing (Month 1) | Month 1 | Azo Pro — 1 capsule PSB Pro — 1 capsule Fab Potash Pro — 1 capsule Applied together at sowing as a soil drench, establishing the foundational microbial population around the planting zone before shoot emergence. |
| Vegetative Growth | Month 2 | No application. Allow the Month 1 inoculation to establish. |
| Vegetative Growth | Month 3 | NPK Pro — 2 capsules Applied during early-to-mid vegetative growth, supporting balanced nutrient availability through the period of active leaf and root expansion. |
| Vegetative Growth | Month 4 | No Application |
| Vegetative Growth (Mid-Season Repeat) | Month 5 | Azo Pro — 1 capsule PSB Pro — 1 capsule Fab Potash Pro — 1 capsule This repeat application replenishes the microbial population established in Month 1, sustaining nitrogen fixation, phosphorus mobilization, and potassium availability into the rhizome-development phase. |
| Vegetative Growth | Month 6 | No Application |
| Vegetative Growth | Month 7 | NPK Pro — 2 capsules Second NPK Pro application, supporting the crop through to the close of active vegetative growth and the transition into rhizome bulking and maturation. |
| Vegetative Growth | Month 8 | No application. Allow rhizome maturation to proceed. |
| Harvest | Post-Month 8 | Organic manure / FYM, applied as per the farmer's existing practice — typically incorporated during land preparation for the following cycle rather than during standing-crop harvest. |
Soak each capsule individually. Soak one capsule in one litre of water for 6 to 8 hours, or overnight, before application. This rehydrates the encapsulated organisms into an active, viable state. Use only groundwater or boiled and cooled water. Never use tap water or chlorinated water for soaking — chlorine and chloramines in treated water kill the live microorganisms. Use groundwater (borehole or well water), or water that has been boiled and then fully cooled to ambient temperature.
Never mix different strain capsules together. Each capsule strain must be soaked separately in its own bottle. Mixing different strains during soaking causes microbial competition and reduces viability. Where a single application stage calls for more than one strain (for example, Azo Pro, PSB Pro, and Fab Potash Pro together in Months 1 and 5), prepare three separate bottles and combine the concentrates only at the point of dilution for application.
Dilution and application rate. For one hectare, combine the prepared concentrate(s) — three litres of total concentrate where three strains are applied together — into 500 litres of water. Apply through drip irrigation or as a soil drench around the root zone of the crop. Timing of application. Apply in the early morning or evening, never under direct midday sun, as ultraviolet radiation reduces the viability of the live organisms.
Where this schedule is being introduced on land that has been under continuous chemical fertilizer use, the synthetic fertilizer programme should not be withdrawn immediately in full. The soil's existing chemistry and resident microbial community are adapted to that input regime, and an abrupt full substitution in the first year can result in a temporary yield reduction before the biological system establishes.

| Phase | Growth window | Products | Quantity & frequency |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Planting–tillering, 0–60 days | ACETO BIO PRO, PSB PRO | 1 capsule/acre each. Apply twice within the first 30 days. |
| 2 | Active growth, 60–150 days | NPK Pro, Aceto Bio Pro, Fab Zinc Pro | NPK Pro: 2 caps/acre. Aceto Bio Pro: 1 cap/acre. Fab Zinc Pro: 1 cap/acre. Repeat every 30–45 days. |
| 3 | Maturity, after 150 days | Fab Potash Pro | 1 capsule/acre, once. |
Sowing Innovation – Growing Sustainability
Soak each capsule on its own. Before use, soak one capsule in one litre of water for 6–8 hours, or overnight. This activates the bacteria inside into a living, active state.
Use only groundwater or boiled-and-cooled water. Never use tap or chlorinated water for soaking the chlorine and chloramine in treated water kill the living microbes. Use borewell/well water, or water boiled and fully cooled to room temperature.
Never combine capsules of different strains in the same container while soaking each strain must soak in its own separate bottle. Mixing strains while soaking causes competition between microbes and reduces viability. Where a phase needs more than one strain together (e.g. Phase 2's NPK Pro, Aceto Bio Pro, and Fab Zinc Pro), prepare a separate bottle for each strain and combine them only when making the final spray/drench solution.
For one acre, mix the prepared concentrate solution into 200 litres of water. Apply via drip irrigation, or as a soil drench around the crop's root zone.
Apply early morning or evening never under strong midday sun, since ultraviolet (UV) rays reduce the viability of the living microbes.
Where this schedule is being introduced on land with a history of continuous chemical fertiliser use, the chemical programme should not be stopped all at once. Soil chemistry and resident microbial populations have adapted to that regime, and an abrupt full replacement in year one can cause a temporary yield dip before the biological system stabilises. The recommended shift is phased over three years.

The 4-application cycle shown above covers the full vegetative growth window. For longer-duration or heavier-feeding crops, the cycle may be repeated again based on visible crop health and soil test results.
Do not immediately substitute 100% chemical fertiliser with Fabino Bio Capsules in the first year soil accustomed to chemical fertiliser may show a temporary dip in output. Reduce chemical input by 50% in Year 1, a further 25% in Year 2, and 10% in Year 3. From Year 4 onward, use synthetic/inorganic fertiliser only as required, based on soil health.
Azo Pro, Fab Potash Pro, PSB Pro, Fab Zinc Pro, Humigrow, and Mycorrhiza are applied near the root zone or via drip/irrigation.
ALP can be applied either as a foliar spray or soil application for multi-micronutrient correction, as per crop need.
Apply early morning or evening, never under strong midday sun. Soak each capsule separately before use.
